Not sure he was rated any higher than Elliot Lee is right now when the season kicked off last season but he got a chance and took it.
I'd love to see Lee score tonight and give Bilic some confidence that he can be one of our squad players this season.
Yes we probably need a striker but if Lee is good enough he should be one of our squad strikers going into this season.

Protect our best players for the premiership, especially with the injuries stacking up. Much more important we stay clear of danger and have a decent enough season.
The likes of Lee and Poyet need to do more to show they are good enough and consistent enough to be trusted in PL matches. If he gets to play in Romania then it's a good opportunity for him.

If we don't play our best team against Astra, including Sakho, the club should refund flights. They then play the best team available for Arsenal.

I saw Lee playing against Southend at the end of last season, when he was out on loan at Luton. Even at fourth division level, he didn't impress me at all.
I know it was just one game, and he's still young, etc, etc, but I'm just saying it as I saw it.
